Thanks for the response! I was contacted by Jose from your team and have been working with him since I made this last post and we have everything pretty much back to normal again. The only issue that we haven’t been able to resolve yet is that SoftRAID on the Windows machine shows a generic “SoftRAID Volume” label for one of the RAid volumes instead of the label name I initially gave it. The label I gave it shows correctly in File Explorer and otherwise is working fine. Jose thinks it could be an issue with the registry that is causing the discrepancy but he can’t be certain either.

I will try to have someone investigate.
Can you connect to the Mac and save a support file and attach it here? Just want to be able to define the system properly.
And you can unmount volumes on the mac, select the volume and command m (or use the volumes menu). I am not sure of the convention for Windows.

Yes, the same link you originally received should work. (Because it is 9.0.2, it is not seen by the existing beta in "Check for updates".

USB devices usually do not disconnect in the same way as Thunderbolt, even when connected to a Thunderbolt bus, but it is possible. Generally check the cable and tightness of connection, etc.

@softraid-support The zeroing completed, I reformatted and the data copy sync is underway.

I did just have an odd drop out where the Mercury Elite Pro Quad was disconnected / unmounted. The error messages suggested Disabling Sleep in Energy Saver but I already have that as attached and I run Amphetamine and have it start a session on boot with a Drive Alive on the MEQP.

Everything returned to normal after a reboot, it may have been a glitch as I don't usually run my machine overnight etc.

I pulled the support file in case that provides anything.

I have started the process and the drive is currently zeroing via SoftRAID.

I have a Mac Mini M2 Pro so technically all the ports carrying USB-C are TB4 capable. However, I only currently have a Mercury Elite Pro Quad (MEPQ) and the OWC Dual Drive Dock (ODDD) which are both USB-C based.

As can be seen in the attached images.

Both the MEPQ and ODDD are connected via Apple TB4 Active Cables as early on I had some random disconnects when setting up the MEPQ drives even with the Sleep disabled etc and these went away when I swapped in the Apple TB4 A active cable I had spare.

DriveDX (and its driver) are installed and I can retrieve SMART data of the drives that way. Let me know if you would like screenshots from there.

I did reinstall SoftRAID at some point as I encountered an error where I could no longer launch SoftRAID (the driver and drive were all fine just from the app) and I received some error instructing to reinstall or something to that effect. I seem to recall the re-install worked for a period and then it reoccurred and I did something with the login items which corrected for a while until the 8.6.1 update. It currently has the standard OWC login item only.
