Thanks very much, did the updates to 5.8.1 on Mojave, then updated to Catalina with secure boot disabled and just had to reinstall the driver once on Catalina.

I'm working on an iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), so no T2 chip. However, i do get the error that I can't install the driver.
When rebooting in recovery mode the only option Startup Security Utility gives me is to turn on or turn off a Firmware Password. I cannot find the menu to turn off secure boot, my guess because I have no T2 chip. Either way, a have no solution to download/update the driver. I have Softraid XT 5.8 installed.

What am I missing here?

Sorry, 5.8.1 is not yet posted on the direct download link, but you can reach 5.8.1 using "Check for Updates" inside SoftRAID.

Catalina 10.15.1 fixes the SIP (System Integrity Protection) bug.

5.8.1 removes the warning about SIP.

However, Secure Boot must still be disabled (Internet boot and disable Startup System Security by setting to none.)

Hi just to clarify? Do you mean that I still need to set as “csrutil disable” on my Mac after I have successfully install 5.8.1?
