How can I solve this issue?

  • My settings:
    MacBook Pro 16 ''
    OS Catalina 10.15.7 (today. Before 10.5.6)
    Thunderbay 4 Thunderbolt 3 with RAID5 -> 4 X Toshiba HDD 10Tb
    SoftRaid XT 5.8.4 (same version of the driver before updating catalina. When I update catalina, reboot and the driver is 5.6.8. I need to update the driver to the latest version ... in loop every time I update the OS Catalina)

 

Also I am worried, because every morning day, every time, when I start, the TB4 HDDs are working for at least 20 minutes without stopping, all the green lights of the HDD do not stop flashing and they sound a lot until they stop a long time later ...

Is this normal?
