RAID 5 "Degraded - Needs Rebuilding" since upgrading.

Since updating to Catalina on my 2018 15" MacBook Pro running 10.15.1 and SoftRAID version 5.8.1 I'm getting a "Degraded needs rebuilding" error on the volume (Seen in attachment). I'm using the OWC Mercury Elite Pro Quad RAID 5 4 bay enclosure.

I noticed that one of my disks is showing "data and parity disk - out of sync" so I spent 5 hours verifying the volume and it showed no errors.

The volume mounts fine and performs as expected but the error concerns me. If I right click on the volume and select "repair" nothing happens.

Any ideas on what I can do to resolve this without nuking the volume/drives and starting over?
