All was done,
I ran this command again, and it's still saying it's not M1 compatible.

At this stage, we are done? If that is the case, may I have a refund?
That is not where you need to "Allow" OWC. That gives the application permission to talk to the disks, it is different than enabling the driver to load.
reinstall the driver.
Do not restart.
go to System Preferences/Security/General and see if "Allow" is an option.
let me know if not.
I tried several different way's; uninstall/reinstall and the product isn't working and I don't get the request to add own as an independent developer.
I also tried the convert apple drive to softraid drive and that fails.

I even generated tech report.
What's next?
Cam I confirm you did this, spefically?

Select reduced security and enable this:
Select the “Allow user management of kernel extensions from identified developers” checkbox to allow installation of software that uses legacy kernel extensions.
@softraid-support Yes, I placed the screen shot in an earlier post in this thread.
thanks. And you never get the option to allow OWC?
Is the driver quarantined?
Paste this into the terminal.app:
sudo xattr /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext
Is there any output? (should be a blank line after entering password)
Never.

I am getting several of these now, I really don't know the cause.
Please try this:
Uninstall SoftRAID, all components
Delete SoftRAID.
Download a fresh copy using your phone. (want a different source)
Run it, install, see if you get the "Allow", let me know.
thanks
Hi, I did everything you mentioned, no luck
Removed everything.

At this stage, since I just purchase the software, I would like a refund. It's not like I don't want to help anymore, I just can't trust it at the moment. I have 4.5TB of customer files and I'm not comfortable trusting it to softraid. I have completely removed it off my system.
I do not see your purchase under your forum email address. Can you give me the order number?
Refunded
Sorry for the issues, we do not know why macOS is quarantining normal apps/drivers again
It’s ok. Customer data, you know how it is. I’m sure I’ll be back and check again.
