I will be replacing my 3 RAID 5 disks with new ones and would like to then convert to a 4 disk RAID 1+0. Is this possible if so how. I will first pull all 4 of the disks from the Thunderbay 4 and certify the 4 new ones. Then will replace the 3 RAID 5 disks with the new certified disks. At this point I am at a loss as to how to convert to 1+0 as well as making the size to take up only the 1st 40% of the new disks. Current 3 - 4tb disks will replace with 4 - 14tb disks

hope this makes sense and thank you
