<p>Now you need to "erase" the volume. (delete your data). SoftRAID does not rebuild volumes that cannot mount, it prevents data issues when the directory is damaged.</p>
<p>You will also need to clear the IO counters (errors) on the one drive. then you should see a healthy volume.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>When it has spun it, use SoftRAID to "erase" the volume.</p>
<p>I expect that will clear the out of sync message, also, so you do not need to delete/create a new volume/restore.</p>
