The unexpected shutdown looks like it's probably a latent hardware fault:

The shutdown code -128 seems to generally be related to memory faults and other hardware errors. I'll monitor and consider an upgrade.

This was not happening prior to the upgrade to 6.0.3, so I presume it is related as well.

I upgraded to 6.0.3 today from 5.8.4 and SoftRAID seems to be running in "trial mode" instead of licensed mode. I've attached a support report.

(BTW, I know there is a disk error and I have a replacement disk on its way to me.)
