This kind of issue is not easily handled on the forum.
While you file the case, run our Windows Diagnostic program, this should allow us to identify or at least rule out what may or may not be causing the problem. With the drive array/set connected, please download and run: https://download.owc.com/diagnostics/windows

This should generate a .ZIP file - please attach that to your case, once you get an initial response.

Additionally, if you have or can take screenshots of the problem specifically, please feel free to attach them with Windows related issues. The more info on the problem, the better we can help.

But whenever I open the software, it is really slow. When I hover my mouse over a button it takes several seconds to notice.

I wondered what could cause this.

Also, I'm trying to add a drive to my RAID setup but when I go to Manage RAID Members everything is greyed out.
