I just moved to a new computer (M1 MacBook Pro OS 12.2.1) and have a new issue with SoftRAID. Every time I plug my daisy-chained drives in, they spin up but SoftRAID doesn't appear to give them enough time to register. 100% of the time, I'll get a SoftRAID Volume Missing Disks error. Is there a way to get SoftRAID to wait a beat longer before checking for errors?
