Are reads also 400MB/s, or are just writes slow?

<p>i get no more than 250-300MB/s in raid5. In Raid 0, i get 1.2GB/sec.</p>

<p>softraid is up to date on all macs. Do i need to make a firmware update somewhere? <br /><br /></p>
<p>i got 3 thunderbay flex 8, 80tb toshiba enterprise 10tb drives.</p>
