Can you try something? Uninstall ZFS and reinstall SoftRAID driver. Wait and go to System Preferences/Security and see if the "Allow" option is available. Until it is, the driver will be blocked from loading.

Lets see if that is an issue here.

Unable to mount raid volume on Akitio Thunder3 Quad X from with 3 x 12tb drives on MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2018) with macOS 11.6

Added Full Disk Access in Security & Privacy for SoftRAID 6.1

No prompt to allow developer under general tab but SoftRAID 6.1 prompts for password on start

Tried running: sudo kmutil load -p /Library/Extensions/SoftRAID.kext returns error:
