Please attach a SoftRAID tech support file.
Its possible the directory is damaged, you can tell in SoftRAID if an unmountable volume has a 'disk identifier", meaning SoftRAID is publishing to volume to be mounted, but MacOS cannot mount it.

Support - I have had a OWC 4 bay drive (new) that has been working great for 3 weeks and then today, it suddenly becomes unmountable. Tried uninstalling Softraid, reintalled drivers, Even tried a second mac with a fresh install of softraid. Same result and no mount. You can see all 4 drives in the interface, and when it tries to mount, you can see the volume size for a split second, then is says it is unmountable. Also removed (1) drive temporarily and it recognizes it as an unstable volume; plug it back in and it's happy, just won't mount. What should I try? System is a new iMac running Ventura 13.2. Thanks.
