Your volume "failed over". The primary was not available either at startup, or when in use. SoftRAID can generally auto repair this, but if the computer restarts, or in some other cases, SoftRAID cannot guarantee that the volume's differences are known, so the volume stays split into two.

This has to be fixed manually, by deleting a volume and adding that disk to the Mirror.

You need to manually inspect the volumes (recent file changes are enough), as this appears to have happened on 7 July, and ensure one volume has all your data.

rename the volume you want to delete.

Then you need to:

clear the IO errors

"disable Safeguard" on the voolume to delete

"delete" that volume

"Remove Missing Secondary disks" on the volume you kept.

"Add disk" and let it rebuild.

Note your volume is too full. Performance is going to suffer and your volume is susceptible to directory damage. Apple recommends 10% free space on your volumes, at least 5%. A volume this full is at risk of directory damage.
