I'm using SoftRAID Lite v 5.6.3 on MacOS High Sierra clean install Mac Pro (2013). I have a 3 monitor setup, one is a thunderbolt, one is a HDMI and an older 30" DVI with requires a special attachment using one of the thunderbolt ports and USB port.

After installing the SoftRAID driver the system will not boot until I remove the 30" DVI connections and restart the machine. Has anyone else seen this problem and is there a solution?

No, there should not be a problem like this.

Boot into verbose mode. It will post lines of text as it boots.

What is the last line before it hangs?

I assume if you disconnect your SoftRAID disks, that it boots normally?

What became of this? I have a MBP 15" with an Apple ThunderBolt Display and an Apple 30" Cinema Display connected with the miniDisplayPort to Dual DVI adapter and it is working on 10.11.6 with my SoftRAID volume.

Will it break if I upgrade to 10.13?

I have tried to reproduce this to no avail. I have a couple computers that I have connected a Thunderbolt monitor from Apple and a DVI monitor.

Unless we can reproduce this in house, I do not know what the cause is, or if it is related to SoftRAID or not.
