Yes it will work. We have a new SoftRAID version coming in less than a month that will work with your enclosure. You can use this beta to set up, until the next release is out.

So with pro lic it will work :) ? But it's fine I can use it now and only for changes I need to do it on MacBook Pro once.

Your System Report is not showing any Thunderbolt devices, they are showing as SATA.

If not, then try giving the SoftRAID Application "full disk access". (in System Settings/Security/privacy)

If I want to start with disk initialization it shows:
