Will SoftRAID work on Windows 10 (using a mirrored volume ie. RAID 1) with two external 3.5 inch drives in powered cases when both are connected via a USB 3.0 hub? Although I can use multiple external drives connected to a 3.0 hub in Windows, I don't seem to be able get Windows 10's own internal software RAID ('Storage Spaces') to be able to do drive mirroring over a hub. Modern personal computers only have a very limited number of USB ports and I can't afford to dedicate 2 of the 3 ports on my laptop to my RAID hard drive! I'm hoping SoftRAID might be the solution to this issue but I don't want to buy it before I know...

Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)
