If your enclosure is an OWC enclosure, there is a firmware update that is available. Try it, it should work, and let us know!

This is 12 TB OWC (3 disks of 4tb) raid using Raid 0 with SoftRAID Lite XT 5.7.3
Mac 10.13.5
Array has been validated. If I disconnect or restart it is all there.
the report shows that 18 minutes after validation completed a disk was removed or stopped responding. Some minutes later another one.

When working, unaccountably the array will just disappear. Re-connecting and re-starting will bring it back.

I have generated a tech report. plz let me know what to do with it.
Thank you.
