Either way, you need to back up, then replace the disk, create a new RAID 5 volume and restore.

One idea is to "validate" the volume and see if it can validate. But in any case, start backing up now.]]></content:encoded>

Rebuilding has failed. I want to replace Bay 1. Can I do that without data loss?
