Your disks are fine. I notice that they all failed at the start of the verify pass. Not sure why, it could have been a communications failure, but the disks are all OK.

There could have been a cable interruption, etc. When disks "fail" at the same time, it means an interruption in signal, not bad disks. go ahead and use them with confidence!

(see log file attached) Softraid told me to replace all 7 disks.

Running certify again it now completed successfully (took about 140hrs). Softraid now told me that all disks are ready to be used.
So what now? trust SoftRAID on the failed message or on the Disks are good message? 
System is: Mac Mini 2018 64gb RAM 6 core i7, Thunderbay Flex 8
