I do not know of any, but contact customer service at macsales. Maybe there is a program. the forum only deals with the SoftRAID end of things.

Drives in Slot A spin up and sound like they're accessing, but nothing appears in SoftRAID. If I swap disks between Slot A and another slot, the disk appears and has all the SoftRAID volume info, so the drive is not the problem.

Any solution for this, or is it likely that the ThunderBay now has a defective slot?
