if you rotate any two drives with the last slot, the drive you put into that slot does not show up in SoftRAID?

You are sure you are inserting the disk all the way in?

If correct, this means your enclosure is faulty and you should contact customer service to get it repaired/replaced, depending on warranty. This is clearly a hardware issue.

I was using 4 1 TB drives in raid 0 when it failed. All my stuff is backed up but now I am having issues with my owc thunderbolt 2 thunder bay mini 4. The last bay, furthest right, won't recognize any of the drives. All the drives are ok if I cycle them to the other slots. I don't think there should be an issue with my thunder bay but im not sure. I think there has to be a way to get it to show up!!

Please help!!
