Recently, I updated to the 6.2 version of SoftRAID on my Mac Mini (running Big Sur). In trying to verify that I was now running 6.2 I clicked on the "About SoftRAID Monitor" menu pulldown on the running instance of the Softraid monitor but instead of seeing a info window popping up with the version a macOS User Guide window appears stating "The selected content is currently unavailable". Just letting you know. Note, softraid 6.2 does appear to be working normally.
I am not familiar with this bug. Can you send me a support file?

How do I go about doing that?
@softraid-support Thanks for giving me that tip but I just tried using the "About Softraid Monitor" menu pull-down for the monitor and it is now working normally. I have no idea what changed but there is no problem now.
Same here. Just upgraded from 6.1 to 6.2 on macOS 11.6, went to the SoftRAID icon in the title bar, selected "Open SoftRAID Monitor" and got the same window (see attached). Will send the support file separately.

Sorry, selected "About SoftRAID Monitor"... not "Open".
Curiosity led me to click About SoftRAID Monitor and the same behavior occurred, though I installed SoftRAID v6.2 a week ago and I'm running macOS 10.15.7. When I clicked the About menu item, the SoftRAID Help window immediately appeared (no content) with a small spinning icon near the title bar; after a 3-5 second pause, as if it were downloading the Help content, the reported message about unavailability appeared. Immediately closing the window and reselecting About SoftRAID Monitor led near instantly to the Help window, now populated with content.
So I venture to say, the bug is related to refreshing upon completion of download.
Might be a clue. When we figure it out, it will get fixed. thanks for the research
