SO it works on another computer, but not this one?

It is not cable or enclsure, then, as you can see it working on the other computer. This must be an iMac issue. (if the disk do not show up at all, it has to be a hardware issue.)

Use your other computer for a while you are investigating this. Perhaps try resetting NVRAM/PRAM and run a hardware diagnostic.

the disks are physically not appearing. This indicates it is probably a hardware issue somewhere.

If the disks do notappear in the SoftRAID disks column, then macOS does not see the disks.

When this is happening, did you try inplugging and replugging in the enclosure?

Did you try a different Thunderbolt bus? Different connector on the enclosure? Different cable?

If you move the disks to different slots, same behaviour?

Since I've upgraded to macOS Big Sur they cannot mount anymore.
The only way to do it is to turn on the TunderBay and restart the mac. I've also tried all the betas of SoftRaid 6 but nothing changed.

How can I solve this issue? Should I buy SoftRaid 6 also if I don't use it as a RAID?

Thanks
