DId you use the "Convert" command in SoftRAID to go to Apple's RAID? then we know it is the same inside the volume. Did you capture any of the crash logs? I would like to see on, along with a SoftRAID tech support file.

No reference to SoftRAID in the panic, just the Apple IONVMeFamily driver.  This happened pretty much once every 24 hours for a week. I switched back to Apple RAID and everything has been stable for a couple of weeks now.
