As we are dead in the water without a 6.0 version of XT, Im wondering if there is any talk about a tentative release date for the XT version of SoftRAID?

Perhaps you are confused, as there is now only one version of SoftRAID. The license determines whether XT or Pro.
We are on 6.2 currently and all versions are both Pro and XT (and Lite)
