                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you cannot unmount from the Finder, then something is holding on to the volume. SoftRAID does not control volume mounting/unmounting, that is macOS Finder. When you unmount in SoftRAID, we are making an OS call to unmount/mount.</p>
<p>Is anything using this volume, say Time Machine? or any other process?</p>
<p>It also could be a spotlight issue, if this just started, you can try removing spotlight from this volume, restart and see if it unmounts normally after that.</p>]]></content:encoded>

<p>Or in softraid it tries then just stops. I get the blue bar then it disappears shortly after?</p>
<p>How can I properly eject / unmount this drive?</p>
