I can't confirm the panic is caused by SoftRAID, as it does not appear that it was. I don't know what is triggering it.

Any suggestions what might fix it?

I had zero issues with big sur on both an Intel Mac Mini and a M1 with the same storage attached. I started having the issue on an Intel Mac mini which was upgraded to Monterey and the issue persists with the M1, again with the same storage attached.

Can you confirm the panic is being caused by softraid?

Still no luck.

Format is plain text but it's not having it. I even tried downloading one that had been uploaded and replacing the text with mine; same error.

Post a SoftRAID Tech support file and a txt of the panic log. This is a different issue, I think, I would like to see. Anything that happens on intel is not the M1/RAID 5 bug.

Almost a week but checked today and it's restarted.

Tech support file attached but it won't allow me to upload the panic .txt file (Filetype not allowed).
