Yes it is possible the secondary disks mount first, and it will "fail over" if so. If you are concerned, set the mirror primary "time out" (Mirror preferences) to 2 minutes rather than 15 seconds, which will give the drives more time to power up.

Yes all the disks will auto rebuild when you connect it again.]]></content:encoded>

I have just purchased the Lite version because I am only using Raid 1 at this time.  Questions:
Do I need to uninstall the full version before installing the Lite version? 

Will my current Mirrored Raids be affected?

I have my primary drives in one Thunderbolt Case and my Secondary Drives in another.  Secondary linked off of the Primary.  Is there any danger of the Secondary Mounting first and then becoming the primary?

Can I remove the Secondary Case and then when I add it back will it rebuild and be updated with any changes?
