Man, certifying 2x12TB drives is taking f-o-r-e-v-e-r. I started the process yesterday afternoon and it started at 80 hrs remaining. By bedtime it had climbed to 87 hrs remaining (?). This morning it had dropped to 63...now it reads 81 again (All these are for both drives). If the numbers are bytes, I'm 2/3 of the way through each disk (1st pass). 5 days to run all three passes (each pass being equal and I have no idea if they are).

I have to leave home to go back to work next Monday...I was really hoping to have volumes created and data transferred to them from my external USB drives before I left. At this rate I ain't gonna make it.
