SoftRAID checks SMART every 24 hours, as you note. This check is on all disks. So you do not need any SoftRAID controlled disks to test this. Here is what I would like you to try: restart your machine without any disks attached. Check the SMART Utility window to see if you get any aborted messages. (you should not of course, as only the internal is there. Connect one disk (or if you have enclosures with multiple disks, one enclosure at a time. - you don't want to split any RAID volumes over this issue) log out/log in. this will trigger SoftRAID to check SMART. My guess is that this log entry is for disks that SoftRAID cannot get SMART data from. (primarily USB drives, or SSD"s which do not support SMART queries) But I am not sure, so it would be helpful if you can test for me.

Errors are logged by drive itself in drive SMART SA on drive. And error log screenshot https://volitans-software.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/drive-tests-window.jpg is from SMART Utility app. I don't get how I can run SoftRAID without any disks connected! I still need boot disks to boot MacOS. Why SoftRAID is running two Self-Test at 24h intervals? And why they fails?

Not really. It appears that two devices are triggering this message. I cannot tell what applications' log this is from, as it does not look like a standard console.log However, if you launch SoftRAID, do you get a new entry in this log? If so, then do this: restart without any disks connected. Then run SoftRAID. You should not see any entries. Connect any USB disks (only), and restart and run SoftRAID. DO you get these log entries? Can you narrow it down to any specific drives/enclosures?

I can confirm that SoftRAID SMART Monitoring is causing error. With disabled /Library/LaunchAgents/com.softraid.SoftRAIDMonitor.plist I don't get anymore "Aborted by host 90%" records in log...

Not sure, I would have to test that. I believe if it were set before the trial expired, the setting would remain as it was.

If you disable plist access, unpredictable things could happen. Just disable in the SoftRAID preferences pane, as you indicated you located. ;-)
