<p>I tried running First Aid on the volume (which I assume means the whole Raid5 array, not the individual disk) and the first aid failed, giving me the following:</p>

<p>"First Aid process has failed. If possible back up the data on this volume. Click Done to continue."</p>
<p> </p>
<p>and in the details "Repairing file system. Volume could not be unmounted. Restoring the original state found as mounted. Unable to unmount volume for repair. : (-69673)"</p>

<p>I'm not sure what to do at this point. </p>

I don't know why this doesn't show up in the tech support document. As you can see, it validated for about 6 hours and then the computer restarted but I don't see a confirmation of completed validation anywhere</p>
