YES! It's true somehow! I guess it was all happenstance and a bad connection.

I'll send a new support file in a few minutes to confirm. I'm backing up everything right now as this drive probably need replacing.

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[I got an email about upgrading Softraid which I did but it downloaded the full version when I bought Softraidlite 5.5.5. I uninstalled the full version and update lite to 5.5.6. Now my 4TB G-tech g raid will no longer mount. (I wiped and partioned 2/2 GB with Softraidlite 5.5.5 in the fall of 2016)

I updated my OS to Sierra in the hopes that this would help but the disk still won't mount. I can see it in the Terminal but can't mount it in the command line either. I’ve tried different thunderbolt cables, different thunderbolt ports, restarting the computer, reinstalling the drivers.

I’m freaking out! Please halp.
