Cannot Resize Volume - with lots of free space

Hello, I seem to have hit this resizing bug...

Currently running Monterey 12.6, SoftRAID 7.0.1, Thunderbay 8. 

Does the bug exist in Ventura too? it would be a lot easier to upgrade (though I'd rather wait) than downgrade (or build a boot disk)...

Its a SoftRAID bug when we changed the MacOS tools to better support APFS.

the fix will go into 7.1.

Or if you have a Big Sur to temporarily connect to, you can run 6.0.5 to resize.

Let me know if you want a beta tester for 7.1. At the moment I have this data on eight different drives, so I'm in a good backup position. :) 

Old 8TB mirror (2) + 2 physical backup disks

New 14TB mirror (2) + 2 physical backup disks

This is an easy problem, so we won't need specific testers, but you are welcome to try when we get this going. Expect 60 days, perhaps less.
