Essentially you are going to run the other version on each and replace the license numbers. Here is my recommendation: Get your two serial numbers ready on the correct machines. You can copy/paste them in, so this can be a simple process. Shut down Mac 1. (Lite -> Full) Go to Mac 2 Run SoftRAID Lite Paste in your serial number for SoftRAID Lite. "Update SoftRAID driver" Restart. Startup to Mac 1 (It will warn you about duplicate serial numbers.) Run SoftRAID and paste your serial number in. "Update SoftRAID driver" Restart. Thanks.
