Disable Secure Boot and you will see much faster performance.

Hi guys, I have two RAID enclosures in RAID 5 that I'm not sure if I'm seeing the right data rate.

One is a Thunderbay enclosure (10months old)
Other is a Mercury elite pro quad (10 hours old)

They are both running RAID 5, Catilina, and Softraid XT 5.8.1.

for the Thunderbay, I'm getting 100-110MB/s write / 350 read
On the MEP it's 80-90MB/s write / 400+ read.

My question is more of what I should expect from a RAID 5 setup in those exclosures?

If these numbers are normal, I'll stop trying to get better. If they are NOT, it would be nice to have an idea of what to expect.

Thanks!
