I’m running SoftRAID Lite 5.8.4 on a Mac Pro running macOS 10.10.5 (Yosemite).

I’ve just purchased a SoftRAID Lite license/serial.

This version requires a serial number with 25 characters in 5 sections. The serial I’ve received is 20 characters in 4 sections.

I assume this is to do with the fact I have purchased a license for version 7.6.

This was my only option for purchasing after following the links from within the app.

Is it possible to obtain a serial that will work with my version?

I have a thunderbay 4 withe 4 drives installed and I try to activate my license with my serial. Then I get an error message saying that there was an internal error. 
I am running the latest version under Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.10 on my iMac 27' 2019

Since I have a number of different SoftRAID XT and Pro licenses, how can a licensee confirm the quantity of licenses in use.  Since I did NOT uninstall SoftRAID or DEACTIVATE the license I am concerned this installation may be consuming 2 licenses. 

One would assume there is a user friendly feature of the licensing scheme to check this, but alas I haven't discovered it.

Now it asks for the license to upgrade, but I do not have a previous license number. Can someone help me with these questions:

1. How to obtain my old license number?

2. Where to download Softraid 5, I do not need an upgrade.
