Select all 11 remaining disks and "add disk label". SoftRAID will auto number them.

Now unmount and after a bit, unplug the X12. Wait 5 minutes and plug it in. Does the 12th blade appear? (this helps identify it)
If it does not, one has failed and it needs to be replaced, likely under warranty.

I can still access the data, but how do I access the missing NVMe drive? The volume is shown as degraded without any errors.
