we are using SoftRaid 8 on a Windows Server.
If i try to do a Checkdisk (chkdsk /f /r) on the Raid, Windows is telling me the device is busy and can only checked at the next boot.

Now is my question, is the chkdsk doable while boot or is raid not availlable at the time? And if not what is best practice to check the raid?
