<p>Your drives appear failing. I know Adata are not a top brand, but 3 of 4 drives with uncorrectable sectors would have to be unusual. One drive is very much in failure mode.</p>
<p>I would consider backing up the volume, then trying a "certify disk" on all 4. See if they all pass or not. With 200 uncorrectable sectors, its unlikely this is just a transient problem on the one drive.</p>
<p>Its possible you need to replace them all. are they under warranty ?</p>]]></content:encoded>

If I Restart without the SoftRaid drives connected via Thunderbolt, it boots up fine. Then I can reattach the drives it and works fine. What logs can I pull to troubleshoot?</p>]]></content:encoded>
