However, we have a very serious problem with all our web properties, that we are working as hard as we can to fix.

My network is working fine and I have good connectivity. I then tried SoftRaid support (https://software.owc.com/support/softraid/)  but the server was not found.  I then tried the top level owc.com domain and a page comes up with "Interested in owc.com? Find out how to get it through Domain Backorder."

Is there an error on the OWC website or has it gone bust?
