I have an update on my issue...

I was able to get the two RAID volumes mounted using Paragon's HFS+ for Windows. However, SoftRAID now shows that both volumes are missing a member, and I feel like this is where the root of the real issue lies as to SoftRAID running on Windows (since on my Mac, all these RAID volumes work perfectly fine).

When I tell SoftRAID to identify the members that are working, in both cases it's the drives in slots "B", "C", and "D" that are all working, but the drive in slot "A" ends up being where the missing member is (all my RAID enclosures are the OWC Thunderbay 4 enclosures).

In fact, I also have backup, mirror copies of all my RAID volumes, and for ALL of those volumes SoftRAID shows that drive slot "A" is where the missing member is located. With 5 different enclosures all showing a missing member in drive slot "A" it's highly unlikely that this is just a coincidence.

Hopefully this new information is helpful in identifying my issue as I'm still at a loss as to why only one of my enclosures still works fine and yet the other 5 all report the exact same issue.

Side note for OWC software engineers: I feel like the Windows version of SoftRAID is so much more limited than the Mac version. Why is that? I also find it strange that neither the Mac or Windows version of the software will allow you to mount/unmount a RAID volume. Seems like a simple thing to add, but I had to purchase a copy of Paragon's HFS+ for Windows in order to do just that.

I created 3 different RAID volumes using SoftRAID about 9 months ago and up until now I've been able to interchange mounting them on either my Mac computer or my Windows computer. 2 of the Volumes are RAID 5 and the other is RAID 1+0.

For some reason, one of the RAID 5 volumes and the RAID 1+0 volume are no longer mounting on my Windows computer but still work fine when connected to my Mac. This has happened in the past but usually if I shutdown the Windows computer and attach the drives to my Mac and let SoftRAID mount the drives, I was able to then unmount the drives from the Mac and then attach them to my Windows computer and restart and then the volumes would then properly mount on Windows. I haven't done any updates whatsoever to Windows so nothing else has changed with regards to my computer.

On my Mac SoftRAID doesn't report any errors with any of the volumes and everything looks normal. But if I launch SoftRAID on Windows, the RAID 5 volume now shows up as a RAID 0 with 0 bytes and the text "(not mounted)". The RAID 1+0 volume does shows up as being the correct RAID array and the correct number of bytes, but also with the text "(not mounted)". Can someone please get back to me with some suggestions on how to get these two volumes mounting properly on my Windows computer again?
