<p>On March 24th, the support team mentioned they were working on the issue.  I sent an email on March 29th and April 5th inquiring about the status but I didn't receive replies.   I'm so sorry about posting in the forum, but thought I would try here in case my email replies weren't be routed to the support team members, or perhaps the assigned team member is out of the office.</p>

<p>Here is a summary of Case 02958874.  </p>
<p>(I had downgraded from two seats to one seat and noticed the subscription on the website was linked to an old license number.  I had an older license number that had problems with renewals and a new license was created by support in July 2025. (case 02837659)   On March 24th, OWC support deleted the old license and the subscription.  I think the next step would be create a new one-seat subscription for my account and link it to the new license number and prorate the renewal date due to the reduction in seats.)</p>
<p>I was hoping to get an update about the status of the case, and I was a bit concerned because there was no response for 14 days. </p>
<p>I understand the team must be busy and this isn't an urgent issue, so if it will need more time to fix, I understand completely. </p>

<p>Currently in the softraid app, under about softraid it shows that my premium subscription expires on January 14th 2027.   On the website software.owc.com my account shows "Next payment date January 5, 2027".     I think the January 5th 2027 is the correct expiration date.</p>
<p>Just wanted to check if my license on the softraid software should be changed to expire on January 5th 2027, so it matches the payment website, it case the discrepancy causes problems with activation and renewal next year?</p>

Using my current serial number doesn't work. I tried the offline activation but it needs the correct serial number, which I don't have. The email confirming my renewal doesn't include the new serial number either. I can't deactivate either. When I do an about SoftRAID it says Premium License Subscription: Expired on (null) so it doesn't even know when my former subscription expired.</p>]]></content:encoded>

I am getting ready to reinstall on a new computer so wonder what to do next. I suppose I'll simply wait for the computer and migrate my system as is and then do whatever you say, please confirm. Also would like to install Beta version for compatibility but not necessary if this interferes. Your advice? Sorry to pile multiple questions/ situations.</p>]]></content:encoded>

                        <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hi, I am subscribed to the <span>SoftRAID 8 Premium - 2 seats annual subscription.  My serial number is SR7LT-xxxxx.  The serial number starts with SR7LT because I had purchased softraid 7 lite in the past.   I got a new computer, so I deactivated the license on my old computer, and tried activiting it on my new computer.   When I input the serial, it doesn't seem to activate, it shows I am still on the premium trial.  I tried rebooting, but it didn't seem to work. </span></p>
<p><span>I checked on the OWC software website, and it looks like the subscription is still active, shows renewal date is November 30, 2025</span></p>
