I have the same problem - premium license 8.5 shows as License Deactivated - renewal was paid via Order #410059 and was placed on July 31, 2025.

Deactivate and then activate only pretends to activate.

I've submitted support form 3 times over a week or so but no response to any of them.

Please let me know if you need any more details to fix this.

Looks like this happened to me last year, and is happening again. I have an active subscription, it renewed on July 24, but SoftRAID, and the license portion of your website, are still convinced that my license is expired.

Hopefully this can gets resolved quickly, and maybe won't happen again next year...
