We currently only have Lite for Windows. (The drivers will essentially be the same however)

Supporting windows installations is currently beyond my limited abilities.

Run the Windows Diagnostic program. With the drive array/set connected, please download and run: https://download.owc.com/diagnostics/windows


This should generate a .ZIP file

open a ticket at https://software.owcdigital.com/support/ and respond to the auto email with the diagnostic file.

 

I can't help on the forum at this time. We will be adding Windows support next year.

Softraid Lite on Windows sees it, but the option to mount it is non-functional. Tried doing both HFS+ and DOS versions, same issue with both. 

Any ideas?
