We apologize for not being able to convert disks, but are holding off until all issues are resolved. Convert has to be 100% reliable, in all circumstances. We are working hard to get this feature included again as soon as possible.

I do realize this issue may take work and time to fix, and I appreciate your team's dedication to keeping SoftRAID a bug free and 100% stable product.

The 30 day trial is used by most users before purchasing, where they can determine if SoftRAID is useful to them before committing.

This isn't legitimate reasoning behind leaving a no-longer-working feature as still viable on your features page, though. This is equivalent to selling a sandwich in which you advertise great pickles, selling the sandwiches without pickles for a time due to a problem, and keeping pickles listed as an ingredient, yet just telling customers who complain about the lack of pickles that they should have tried your sampler sandwiches to figure out there were actually no pickles. Not an honest way to handle a bug that eliminates a prime feature of your product. I shouldn't have to worry that the features you advertise may not actually work at the moment, and that you just neglected to acknowledge this anywhere in the product description.

Thanks for pointing out this "feature" and that without it we are stuck without many of the features advertised with the SoftRaid product. It's like buying a car, and finding out there are no keys to get it started...you have to push start it. It is especially irksome because I purchased a license...a "NOTE" about the omission of the "convert" feature until the next update would have been appropriate to say the least. It just leaves a sour taste.
