I have an OWC Express 4M2 with 4 500GB Samsung 960 Evos running in RAID 0 via the included SoftRAID Lite XT 5.7.5.
Everything appears fine in SoftRAID - no errors. However, whenever I restart my system (a 2018 Mac mini), it takes a few minutes for the 4M2 volume to mount - I can see it in SoftRAID, but not on the desktop, and I can't force it to mount via SoftRAID. If I wait it out, it eventually mounts (usually in 4-5 minutes). During this time, I can see that the lights inside the 4M2 are all flashing rapidly.
OWC had me boot in Safe Mode, and the drive mounts immediately, which indicates that SoftRAID is probably what is causing the slow mount, but no idea why.
The actual problem is more likely that the directory is damaged. Either backup/restore the files or run Disk Warrior on it. that should fix this.

I used Disk Warrior but mounting is still slow, it takes more than 1 minute after login.

Try resetting SMC:

Also, in SoftRAID, there is a preference to "mount volumes when user not logged in".
Try setting that.
