You need to back up, initialize all 4 disks with SoftRAID, then create a new RAID 1+0 volume. Then restore your data to it. You can use applications like SuperDuper (free), or Carbon Copy Cloner, or ChronoSync, to do the backup (make an image) and restore to the new volume.]]></content:encoded>
