Specifically I am considering using a Thunderbay 4 mini as a 4-disk RAID 0, and then a second Thunderbay 4 mini which would mirror this.  Is this possible?  Would it then be possible to remove all 4 disks in the 2nd enclosure to send offsite, and rebuild the mirror with a new set of 4?  And then periodically switch the offsite and onsite mirror group?]]></content:encoded>
