So if you set it at two minutes, then connect one disk from a mirror, it will be two minutes before the volume mounts.

Depending on your needs, this pause can help slow disks spin up, or a long delay means if a mirror disk failed, you need to wait up to two minutes for your volume to mount.

Note: there is no delay once all disks appear, regardless of this setting.]]></content:encoded>
